This tour combines a visit to Switzerland`s capital with the famous cheese area Gruyeres. We pick you up at your hotel and make our way to Bern, where we will enjoy a short stroll through the city, which is part of Unesco World Heritage. Pass by the government buildings, the famous Zytglogge, the old part of town with the Cathedral, and finish at the Bear park –where your private driver will pick you up. Some time for a coffee break, before we continue to Gruyeres. The medieval village of Gruyeres is famous for its cheese and the beautiful castle. Enjoy atypical fondue lunch, discover how cheese is made, and visit the medieval castle. As an alternative, instead of the Gruyeres Castle, we can visit the chocolate paradise of Maison Cailler, which is a perfect choice for families. Taste some of Switzerland`s best sweets, and learn how chocolate is made. In the late afternoon, private transfer back to Zurich.
